All literature submitted for distribution shall be family friendly and will be subject to approval by Anchorage Brochure Distribution LLC (ABD). Transportation to the stocking point is your sole responsibility. ABD will store your literature at our warehouse. In case of a failure to distribute your literature on the part of ABD due to major catastrophe, act of god, or any other event, Your sole remedy is a refund of the fees paid to Anchorage Brochure Distribution LLC.
All invoices are due upon receipt, and the payment of the invoice accepts the terms outlined above.
