Terms

All literature submitted for distribution shall be family friendly and will be subject to approval by Anchorage Brochure Distribution LLC (ABD) or AMHS. In the event that a vessel or route is changed, ABD will attempt to move the literature to the appropriate vessel or route. Transportation to the stocking point is your sole responsability, ABD will store your literature at our warehouse at no charge. In case of a failure to distribute your literature on the part of ABD due to major catastrophe, act of god, or any other event, Your sole remedy is a refund of the fees paid to Anchorage Brochure Distribution LLC.
All invoice are due upon receipt, and the payment of the invoice accepts the terms outlined above.
