Here’s something you don’t see everyday; an old-school 1980s MCI!!! Alaska Tours MCI 102-A3 #422 on New York Avenue in Union City on a Charter during the Thursday Afternoon Rush; too bad this bus doesn’t have the DD 8V92TA engine, but it’s Detroit Diesel 6V92TA engine sounds GOOD!!! A rare gem in an era were 21st century buses predominate the streets.

@BassmanII You’re Right, and MCI A-Series prior to 1989 did not have the extra brake light, the A’s from 1989 and after did have the brake light and some MCI C-series had the same light arrangement.
That’s a 1988 or earlier coach. The abscence of the third brake light is the giveaway.
Sweet!
I defintely don’t see any MCI-102A3s or MCI-102C3s everyday. The rarest one is the 8V92TA(and some with 8V71’s) powered one. In fact, I’ve caught a recording of the late-80’s or early-90’s Plaza Travels Charters & Tours MCI-102A3 bus #4906 since October of 2009 and it had the monster 8V92TA engine!
Nice, I saw a similar one in St. Paul a few days ago. The engine does sound great.
