Yes you can re-enlist to go to another duty station if you are in your 2 year window. They will give you which bases are open for your MOS and will put you on orders as soon as your obligation in Alaska is complete (usually 2 years on station, but no less than 1).

You have to serve 2/3rds of any duty tour outside of Conus, before you can PCS
You have to serve 12 months of a duty tour in Conus, before you can PCS.
So you can reenlist for BOP, but you must serve 2/3rd of your tour, before you will actually PCS.
Are you AF? Then the answer is no. You were assigned an overseas base and given a DEROS. You may not return from that overseas assignment before your DEROS just because you re-upped.
